About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as central administrator for the MAGTF C2 COTS software portfolio across fielded, lab, test, and training assets
Ensure all software license assignments are approved by the PM MAGTF C2 representative
Draft license management procedures for Government approval
Perform administrative and tracking tasks supporting COTS license management
Establish and manage procurement timelines
Maintain configuration status, license expiration and renewal schedules, and purchase order status trackers
Produce COTS portfolio cost forecasts, including fair share allocation
Produce regular software utilization and accounting summaries from the PMO-approved tracking tool
Serve as central administrator for the PM MAGTF C2 commercial off-the-shelf software portfolio, working directly with the Product Support & Sustainment Team Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 years' relevant experience delivering software license, asset, or procurement tracking
Bachelor's degree
Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility
Advanced spreadsheet skill and comfort owning a recurring reporting cycle
Experience with COTS license renewal cycles or IT asset management tooling
Familiarity with Government procurement workflows and purchase order tracking
Exposure to DoD sustainment or product support organizations
Detail-oriented
