About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and administer condominium owners’ associations in accordance with the German Condominium Act (WEG)
- Serve as the point of contact for owners, service providers, and insurance companies
- Conduct document audits and advisory board meetings
- Prepare, follow up on, and conduct owners’ association meetings
- Prepare minutes and resolutions registers, and ensure the proper implementation of resolutions
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Commission and monitor utility, maintenance, and service contracts
- Commission, supervise, and manage maintenance and preservation measures
- Process claims and insurance cases
- Correspond with owners, attorneys, authorities, insurance companies, and external service providers
- Assist with preparing annual budgets, service charge statements, and operating cost statements
- Work closely with accounting and receivables management
- Identify opportunities for technical and financial optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed training as a real estate agent/property administrator (m/f/d), real estate specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in managing residential condominium associations (WEG administration)
- In-depth knowledge of German condominium law (WEG law)
- Proficient in standard property management software, such as DOMUS
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
- Service-oriented approach with a strong commitment to quality
- Structured, methodical, and independent working style
- Reliability, personal accountability, and ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to try new approaches and take on new challenges
- Proactive working style and willingness to ask for support when needed
- Class B driver’s license
