About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft and publish job descriptions and advertisements
- Pre-screen applications, including CV screening, telephone pre-screening interviews, and recruitment interviews
- Contribute to monitoring the performance of the recruitment process
- Update dashboards and the database
- Support the successful onboarding of employees and provide ongoing follow-up
- Participate in HR department development projects
- Develop and promote the employer brand
- Contribute to the quality of occupational health prevention and monitoring for employees in the private household employment and home-care sector
- Participate in implementing innovative solutions to address the HR challenges of SPSTN
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in Human Resources Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong listening and summarization skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an additional asset
- Motivated and organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills
