Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications following platform best practices
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform unit testing, and manage deployments across environments
Ensure Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable
Support the development, enhancement, and optimization of the Salesforce ecosystem
Collaborate with business stakeholders and international teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration, customization, and implementation
Understanding of AI agents, agent actions, and Salesforce automation capabilities
Experience developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations
Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and development best practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
Professional English proficiency
Experience with Salesforce Prompt Builder
Experience building AI-powered workflows and integrating Agentforce with enterprise applications
Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Informatica or SAP
Experience with event-driven integration patterns, including Platform Events and CDC
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, such as Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps
Understanding of OAuth in Microsoft Entra ID, Connected Apps, API authentication, and Salesforce security models
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Salesforce certifications
Previous experience working with distributed international teams
