About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and execute end-to-end email, landing-page, and nurture campaigns in HubSpot
  • Manage segmentation, list hygiene, lead scoring, UTMs, links, and forms
  • Execute ABM account research, tier coordination, matched audiences, and paid campaigns
  • Coordinate contact enrichment, CRM enrollment, and 1:1 / 1:few landing-page builds
  • Own trade-show, conference, and field-event logistics, including registration, vendors, shipping, giveaways, target lists, promotion, and follow-up
  • Distribute guides, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership across web, email, and social
  • Manage external creative partners for landing pages, ad creative, and event collateral
  • Run organic and paid LinkedIn and digital campaigns supporting demand generation and ABM
  • Coach Team SQA to amplify company content on LinkedIn
  • Partner with sales, client success, and solution engineering as one revenue team
  • Maintain campaign attribution and CRM hygiene
  • Analyze performance from HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and paid platforms
  • Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, launch checklists, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Report to the CRO and collaborate with key stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing execution experience
  • Track record of independently owning campaigns end-to-end
  • Hands-on generalist experience across demand generation, ABM, content, events, and paid media
  • Strong HubSpot proficiency: emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, lead scoring, and data hygiene
  • Working command of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
  • B2B trade show and conference experience from logistics through follow-up
  • Attention to detail with broken links, UTMs, tracking, and audience segments
  • Proactive communication across a revenue team and with external agency partners
  • Comfortable with AI tools and modern marketing technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
  • Experience in a regulated or technical B2B industry strongly preferred
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident due to ITAR requirements
  • Pure brand, PR, or creative background without demand-generation execution is disqualifying
  • Career agency-side background without in-house marketing-calendar ownership is disqualifying
  • B2C or e-commerce-only experience is disqualifying
  • Manager-of-managers background without recent hands-on execution is disqualifying
  • Must be able to identify end-to-end campaigns owned that produced measurable pipeline
