About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs
Implement and maintain interfaces between Workday and third-party information systems, including payroll, finance, IAM, and business applications
Manage data flows and ensure their robustness and traceability
Draft technical interface specifications and document data flows
Participate in testing and technical acceptance phases
Identify and resolve issues in collaboration with project teams
Develop Workday reports, including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, and Calculated Fields
Contribute to data utilization and the improvement of master data reliability
Participate in data migration and data quality activities
Ensure the operational maintenance of integrations
Provide support for interface-related incidents
Recommend technical and methodological improvements
Work on Workday integration projects across a variety of client environments, in both build and run contexts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems, or equivalent
Proven experience in systems integration, ideally in an HR information systems environment
Experience with Workday projects or similar solutions is a plus
Proficiency with Workday integration tools, including Studio and EIB, or equivalent solutions
Strong understanding of information systems architectures and data flows
Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and SFTP formats and protocols
Ability to draft technical specifications and lead acceptance testing
Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and a strong customer-service mindset
Knowledge of Workday PRISM Analytics is a plus
Experience in data migration and data quality is a plus
Experience with an integration middleware platform such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or OIC is a plus
Experience in an international environment is a plus
Bilingual French
Professional proficiency in English
