About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support large corporate and mid-sized clients in the Industrial, Luxury, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and Cosmetics sectors with their transformation projects
- Conduct Data maturity assessments focused on data quality, compliance, and reliability
- Define target Data Office organizations and data lifecycle management processes
- Support functional mapping and the selection of MDM, PIM, ERP, and BI tools
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Work on critical data migration flows within S/4HANA / ERP programs
- Establish governance frameworks, validation rules, and GDPR and European regulatory compliance policies
- Lead flow integration through complex architectures, including APIs, Snowflake, and GCP
- Design and manage Power BI dashboards for sales performance, supply chain, and data quality
- Prepare the scoping of major Data projects and coordinate business, IT, and software vendor stakeholders
- For Managers: contribute to presales activities, draft commercial proposals, and mentor junior consultants
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from a leading engineering school, university, or business school, with a specialization in Information Systems, Technology Management, or Data
- At least 3 years of experience at Consultant level or 7 years at Manager level
- Experience gained in a consulting firm or IT services company
- Experience delivering Data / IS transformation projects in the Retail, Luxury, or Industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of interconnected information systems: ERP, MDM, PIM, and APIs
- Proficiency in traditional and Agile AMOA methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Skills in, or a strong interest in, Data and BI technologies: SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and GCP
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior business stakeholders and C-level executives
- Professional fluency in English
- Open to candidates with official disability worker status
