About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the deployment of strategic projects for clients, including offering redesign, digital transformation, and performance improvement
Organize projects, prioritize tasks, track timelines, and align stakeholders
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for simplification
Deploy operational solutions to improve efficiency and streamline the customer or employee experience
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical IT/Data solutions
Support teams in adopting new tools and processes
Collaborate with Digital, Data, and Organization experts
Contribute to the development of the firm and its regional presence
Produce thought leadership content, including podcasts, insights, articles, interviews, and roundtables
Collaborate with consultants at all levels of experience
Develop tailored commercial proposals
Build and cultivate a regional and national professional network
Contribute to R&D program initiatives alongside researchers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (business school, engineering school, or university)
Strong understanding of the banking and insurance sectors
At least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm or in an internal transformation role
Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Product Owner (PO), PMO, or Organization/Process Consultant
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Nantes or the Grand Ouest region
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Commitment and a strong team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and adaptively in demanding environments
Fluent English
