About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, assess and prioritize AI use cases with business divisions
Lead AI projects from experimentation through scaling, working with data and IT teams
Define value metrics and track the benefits delivered by each use case
Contribute to AI governance, including risk management, compliance with the EU AI Act and usage policies
Support user adoption of AI solutions through training, communication and change support
Share expertise and contribute to content such as podcasts, insight pieces, articles, interviews and roundtable discussions
Collaborate with consultants at all levels of experience
Develop tailored business proposals and expand the professional network
Participate in research and development programs with researchers at the Square Research Center

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (business school, engineering school or university) with a specialization in data, AI or information systems
4 to 8 years of experience in consulting or in-house
Significant initial experience working on AI or data projects
Knowledge of generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG and AI agents
Knowledge of Azure OpenAI / Copilot and Google Vertex AI platforms
Basic knowledge of Python is a plus
Experience with Jira is a plus
Microsoft AI-900, AI-102, Google Cloud Generative AI or Agile certification is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong commitment and a collaborative mindset
Ability to work independently and adapt in demanding environments
Fluency in English
