About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the people side of transformation projects for large corporate clients in the Industrial and Services sectors
Assess the impact of transformations on organizations, roles and practices
Map stakeholders and define engagement levers
Design and implement communication and training plans
Facilitate collaborative workshops and build ambassador networks
Define and monitor adoption metrics and adjust the support program accordingly
Share expertise and contribute to content production, including podcasts, insights, articles, interviews and roundtables
Collaborate with consultants across all levels of experience
Develop tailored business proposals and grow your professional network
Participate in research and development initiatives with researchers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (business school, engineering school or university) with a specialization in change management, human resources or management
4 to 8 years of experience in a consulting firm or in-house environment
Ideally, experience gained on transformation projects with significant people-related challenges
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams
Proficiency in Klaxoon and Miro facilitation tools
Proficiency in Forms and Qualtrics survey tools
Proficiency with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
Prosci (ADKAR) certification is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Commitment and a strong team-oriented mindset
Autonomy and agility in demanding environments
Fluent English
