About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead data programs for major clients in the Luxury and Retail sectors
Structure and facilitate data program governance and steering committees
Track the progress, prioritization, and value of the data use-case portfolio
Serve as the interface between business, data, and IT teams
Produce program dashboards and monitoring KPIs for sponsors
Contribute to data quality monitoring and data governance initiatives
Share expertise and contribute to the creation of thought leadership content, including podcasts, insights, articles, interviews, and roundtables
Collaborate with consultants at all levels of experience
Develop tailored commercial proposals and expand your professional network
Participate in R&D program initiatives with researchers
Follow a four-step recruitment process: interview with a Talent Recruiter, a Manager, and an experienced Consultant, followed by a discussion with a Partner and a job offer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (business school, engineering school, or university) with a specialization in data or project management
4 to 8 years of successful experience in a consulting firm or in-house, ideally in a PMO role on data programs within the Luxury or Retail sector
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Power BI
Familiarity with the Snowflake, Databricks, and GCP data platforms
SQL experience is a plus
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification is a plus
DAMA CDMP certification is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment
Enjoy working as part of a team
Ability to work independently and agilely in demanding environments
Fluent English
