About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and roadmap in collaboration with business and IT leadership
Develop and monitor the schedule, budget, and risks, and recommend necessary trade-offs
Prepare and facilitate governance meetings (Steering Committee, Project Committee) and track decisions
Coordinate business, IT, and ERP/CRM integration teams
Organize user acceptance testing, prepare for production launch, and lead the rollout to users
Support business teams in adopting new tools and processes
Share expertise and contribute to content such as podcasts, insights, articles, interviews, and roundtables
Collaborate with consultants across all levels of experience
Develop tailored business proposals and expand your professional network
Participate in R&D initiatives with researchers at the Square Research Center

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (business school, engineering school, or university) with a specialization in project management or information systems
4 to 8 years of successful experience in a consulting firm or corporate environment
Ideally, experience working on transformation projects within business or IT departments
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with ERP/CRM projects (SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365) is a plus
Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP) or agile certification (PSM – Scrum Master) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong commitment and a team-oriented mindset
Autonomy and agility in demanding environments
Fluent English
