About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with creating influencer marketing campaigns on the platform, organizing project stages, and tracking requests
Support the initial search and selection of influencers based on the brief, brand profile, social media presence, and campaign objectives
Complete spreadsheets and organize folders, internal materials, presentations, and supporting documents
Support the development of presentations, campaign status reports, and tracking materials for clients
Create meeting minutes for client and internal meetings, documenting agreements, next steps, and owners
Support the organization of weekly status updates and consolidate information on campaign progress
Organize and track personal activities in Pipefy, keeping deadlines, owners, and stages up to date
Contribute to relationships with clients, influencers, and the internal team
Support the updating of spreadsheets, follow-ups, KPIs, and department tracking tools
Study the influencer marketing market, social media, and digital behavior, sharing observations, learnings, and insights
Support research, improvement suggestions, and proposals to evolve processes, Squid solutions, and ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need

Genuine interest in influencer marketing, the Creator Economy, social media, and digital behavior
Analytical mindset and familiarity with metrics and KPIs, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into insights
Initial experience or interest in customer service, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or project management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive approach to supporting the team
Strong organizational skills for managing requests, deadlines, spreadsheets, presentations, and internal workflows
Ability to learn, study, and stay up to date with the market
Active listening skills and the ability to turn learnings, conversations, and observations into insights
Eagerness to share knowledge and contribute academic, professional, or personal perspectives
Ability to work effectively on a team and collaborate with different departments
Knowledge of productivity tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and presentation software
Experience in customer service, digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media, communications, advertising, or related fields is a plus
Experience serving clients in the retail sector is a plus
Familiarity with task management platforms such as Pipefy is a plus
Understanding of social media metrics such as reach, engagement, views, clicks, and content performance is a plus
Experience creating presentations, organizing materials, or supporting projects is a plus
Knowledge of creators, micro-influencers, social media trends, and content formats is a plus
