About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for cross-functional initiatives
- Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables while minimizing scope creep
- Create, update, and maintain project timelines
- Proactively manage and mitigate project-level risks
- Establish communication channels and report project status to key stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Plan, coordinate, and document project closeout lessons learned
- Continuously improve project management methodologies using best practices
- Support PMO leadership in rolling out and developing PMO processes, templates, and best practices
- Lead strategic projects from ideation through launch and beyond
- Coordinate stakeholders, remove roadblocks, maintain communication, and keep initiatives on track
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related cross-functional role
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Ability to flex project management methodologies depending on business needs
- Experience with Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be based in Buenos Aires
- Availability to work on-site in the CABA office two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays
- SaaS startup experience is a nice-to-have
