About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize research opportunities
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys, and other research methods
- Define research goals, participant criteria, and study plans; write screeners and discussion guides
- Work with designers to develop concepts, prototypes, and other materials needed for research
- Coordinate participant recruitment and scheduling with internal teams and external research vendors
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Communicate research findings through readouts, reports, journey maps, workflow maps, and other artifacts
- Establish repeatable research practices, templates, and standards that improve research quality and consistency
- Maintain a reusable research repository so insights can be shared and applied across teams
- Conduct end-to-end research on complex client and internal workflows to improve digital experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional experience conducting UX research, product research, design research, or a closely related discipline
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences
- Comfort working with ambiguity, complex workflows, and evolving business or product priorities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
