About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support testing, validation, and implementation of credit system enhancements, automations, and process improvements
  • Contribute data analysis insights to process improvement projects
  • Generate and deliver portfolio reports to credit management
  • Perform data entry, including typing waivers, for credit applications
  • Monitor data quality across applications, customer records, and reporting systems
  • Oversee accounts receivable responsibilities using accounting software
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and credit management protocols
  • Collaborate with local and remote teams using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Report directly to the Senior Credit Operations Manager
  • Collaborate with customers and internal managers to facilitate credit processes and manage accounts receivable workflows
  • Participate in occasional off-site meetings, training, or process improvement projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1-3 years of business experience or equivalent education preferred
  • Experience utilizing accounting, inventory, or related software
  • Experience in process improvement projects and report generation advantageous
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and typing waivers
  • Strong professional relationship-building and polished phone communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in local and remote team settings
  • Commitment to company policy and procedure compliance
  • Interest in credit, finance, or operations-related functions
  • Proficiency in accounting and financial analysis
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • No certifications required
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds
