About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete the 9–12-month Management Trainee Program based on individual progression
Gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources
Complete on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives
Train in two branches, with close to 50% of training completed at each location
Develop skills to progress into Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager roles
Learn to manage a multi-million-dollar operation
Network with industry experts and future leaders
Work toward future leadership within SRS Distribution/Heritage’s building, landscape, and pool distribution industry

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 2 plus years of related work experience is required
Ability to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States
Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong leadership qualities and dedicated work ethic
Proven history of success in roles requiring responsibility and accountability
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong computer skills
Strategic thinking, organization, and time management capabilities
Willingness to relocate for training and promotions
Self-motivated and self-driven with an aptitude for learning in a hands-on role
