About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the main liaison for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and precise communication
  • Support the preparation and distribution of accurate sales documents and proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is advantageous
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive, independent approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within a Fortune 50 company environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required OR combination of both education and experience
