About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Customer Training and Coaching (CTC) team in operationalising SRT’s Maritime Domain Awareness system with customers
- Guide customers through complex, long-term, phased system transitions
- Lead CONOPS activities, including understanding prospective clients’ operational challenges and developing Concepts of Use
- Support SRT product development to meet customer requirements
- Lead development of the SRT Academy and online and face-to-face MDA and Intelligence Led Operations training
- Manage delivery of face-to-face training across programmes
- Provide operational system-use advice and coaching through Customer Support Managers
- Manage adoption specialists, trainers, and customer success professionals across global project teams
- Design and manage the CTC programme framework and tailor it to customer needs
- Coordinate training development and delivery
- Develop schedules and action plans for training and coaching initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on resources and logistics
- Monitor programme effectiveness and implement improvements using feedback and performance metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in leading multi-functional teams
- Proven experience in organisational change
- Proven experience of developing large-scale online and in-person training
- Proven experience in organising and managing large-scale global training programs
- Strong organisational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration across teams and with clients
- Strategic thinking to align CTC areas of interest with customer systems operationalisation and goals
- Practical understanding of operational concepts and training methodologies is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally to support customers and team members
- Knowledge of or interest in maritime domain awareness and surveillance is a benefit
