About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the procure-to-pay (P2P) processes within SRT’s Systems business
Ensure purchase orders are raised, approved and progressed in good time through the proper channel
Engage with and chase suppliers to secure order confirmations and on-time delivery
Work alongside the supplier payment process to enable timely supplier payments
Own operational supplier relationships, including lead times, order confirmations, delivery performance and chasing
Support Procurement and Quality Managers with new supplier setup, supplier assurance and supplier qualification
Own compliant inbound and receiving processes into the warehouse
Raise transfer orders to ship stock in liaison with the Shipping Manager
Maintain data visibility of stock that re-lands on the system at a different inventory value once shipped
Drive continuous process improvement across the P2P cycle
Use data to measure, monitor and improve performance and maintain high data quality in Business Central
Line-manage the Supply Chain Coordinator

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong Business Central or comparable ERP experience
Demonstrable data skills and a genuine passion for data and process
Procure-to-pay or purchasing experience
CIPS membership or working towards (desirable)
Warehouse or inventory management exposure (desirable)
Continuous-improvement or Lean experience (desirable)
Supervisory or team-leading experience is desirable but not essential; mentorship can be provided
Flexibility for hybrid working from Bristol and Midsomer Norton offices
Occasional overseas travel as required by the business
