About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure effective on-the-job and cross-training to ensure adequate conceptual understanding within the team
- Coordinate and liaise with other departments and global leadership
- Design and implement all required controls
- Design and implement robust MIS systems
- Manage international client relationships
- Spearhead innovation and drive complex projects; participate in UATs
- Manage key transitions effectively within agreed timeframes
- Improve client survey controls for clients operating on the Full Service Model
