About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a member of the Managed Services leadership team
Partner with the EVP of Managed Services to support departmental strategy, growth, and scalability
Provide leadership, prioritization, and governance for implementation activities
Lead the Managed Services Solutions function and provide strategic direction for solution delivery
Oversee strategic initiatives, operational enhancements, technology solutions, and process improvements
Build and lead the Managed Services Solutions function, including coaching and developing team members
Act as the primary business analyst for Managed Services initiatives
Gather and document business requirements for client requests, operational enhancements, and technology projects
Identify and prioritize process improvement, workflow optimization, automation, and AI-driven solution opportunities
Support sales and business development through prospect meetings, solution discussions, and operational due diligence
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Manage assigned projects and strategic initiatives
Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and monitor project progress
Remove delivery obstacles and ensure objectives and deadlines are achieved
Maintain expertise in Managed Services operations and client servicing
Develop and maintain business requirements, process documentation, and procedures
Serve as a subject matter expert for operational transformation and solution design
Promote learning and knowledge sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of financial services, trust, custody, wealth management, or investment operations experience
Experience leading business analysis, strategic initiatives, operational improvements, or product development efforts
Experience with client conversions, system implementations, integrations, and technology-enabled solutions
Strong communication, analytical, project management, and relationship management skills
Experience with automation and AI-driven process improvement preferred
