About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain positive, long-term client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and investment inquiries
  • Answer inbound calls, address questions, resolve issues, and support clients with Alternative Investment products
  • Investigate and resolve complex client issues
  • Make outbound calls for updates or additional information
  • Oversee service quality and operational performance for designated clients
  • Review, prepare, and process transactions on investor accounts
  • Handle escalated client inquiries and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with management, sales, support teams, and other colleagues
  • Implement strategies to reduce client downtime, improve service efficiency, and reduce support costs
  • Contribute to process improvements and special projects
  • Pursue professional development and continuous learning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma with at least 2 years of related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication abilities
  • Ability to explain complex information in simple terms and build rapport with clients
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, resolve issues efficiently, and offer solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Strong enthusiasm for providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships
  • Familiarity with service delivery processes, transaction handling, and support mechanisms; training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate initiative
  • Commitment to personal growth, learning, and staying current on financial services, investment products, and client service strategies
  • Must be willing to work on site 6 days/month
  • Availability for regular hours of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST
  • Availability for initial one-month training from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
