About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to caller inquiries with a high level of accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree preferred or relevant work experience
  • At least one year of previous customer service experience within retail, banking or financial services required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within structured procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
  • Preferred qualifications include communication and relationship building, analytical and problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, organization and time management, and industry knowledge
