About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a team of contact center representatives
  • Supervise associates answering investor and advisor calls efficiently and accurately
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Communicate organizational messages between upper management and the team
  • Ensure understanding and commitment to organizational and division goals
  • Complete regular one-on-one performance discussions and annual reviews
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to prepare for client meetings and activities
  • Motivate employees and create solutions to increase morale and satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
  • Undertake disciplinary actions when needed
  • Understand daily shareholder/participant requests and determine what is needed to complete those requests and inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of financial services industry preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of transfer agency operations policies, procedures and legals
  • Leadership skills to monitor and develop subordinates, including training, evaluation, communication of expectations, requirements and results, and consistent application of corporate policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Decision-making, prioritization and delegation skills
  • Planning and goal-setting skills
  • Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Presentation skills for client visits and presentations
