About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define end-to-end QA strategy, test plans, and release criteria
Develop and execute functional and integration test cases, both manual and automated
Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium
Monitor system stability and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks
Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, Product, and DevOps
Clarify requirements and ensure high-quality releases
Document findings, quality metrics, bug tracking, and release reporting
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment
Provide timely resource and project updates as a single point of contact
Mentor and coach QA Engineers at all experience levels
Lead a team of QA engineers
Break down work into smaller technical components
Contribute to a low-ego, collaborative culture emphasizing clarity, maintainability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of QA experience with strong expertise in test automation
Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright
Experience with API testing using Postman or Rest Assured
Strong debugging skills
Ability to build test automation frameworks
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to leverage AI-assisted testing tools
Good verbal and written communication in English
Experience leading a team of QA engineers
Ability to break down work into smaller technical components
Prior wealth management or financial services knowledge is an added advantage
Willingness to complete a technical assessment
Ability to participate in a video interview
