Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational efficiency improvements
Oversee sales, client service, product development, finance, and human resources operations
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market expansion, product innovation, and strategic partnerships
Lead and mentor senior professionals
Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to ensure profitability and sustained growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field
MBA preferred
Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the financial services technology industry
At least 5 years in a senior management or executive role
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a significant business unit or regional operation
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and financial management
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management, and relevant technology solutions
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate teams
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive client satisfaction
Results-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving business goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex global environment
