About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee accurate allocation, payment, and reporting of vendor invoices
  • Maintain and reconcile daily operating cash balances
  • Review and analyze wire-related expense invoices, capital activity, and investor activity
  • Liaise with fund administrators, bank institutions, and senior management to ensure accurate expense allocation and timely payment
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables and internal performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain internal calendars for timely expense, investor, and investment payments
  • Support daily treasury operations, counterparty engagement, funding, and securities lending activities across managed account portfolios

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 6+ years of accounting and treasury management experience
  • Strong understanding of expense allocation and vendor payment oversight
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • Attention to detail
  • Process improvement experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • CPA or MBA preferred
