About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for SS&C's GenAI-enabled Wholesaler Hub and Enterprise Services platform
- Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and client needs to create differentiated distribution solutions
- Drive rapid learning, experimentation, continuous delivery, and product innovation
- Partner with prospects and clients to understand challenges, workflows, and strategic objectives
- Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual product concepts
- Work with engineering, architecture, data science, and AI teams to build scalable GenAI solutions
- Ensure solutions leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, retrieval systems, enterprise data platforms, and modern cloud technologies securely and scalably
- Align Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Data, and Client Success stakeholders
- Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, solution design discussions, and executive-level presentations
- Champion configurable, API-driven, integration-ready enterprise platforms
- Collaborate on integrations with CRMs, data platforms, workflow systems, AI ecosystems, and third-party applications
- Support strategic opportunities, product positioning, pricing discussions, client proposals, and commercialization strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of product management, product leadership, strategy, or fintech experience
- Deep expertise within asset management, wealth management, intermediary distribution, institutional sales, financial technology, or related financial services sectors
- Experience building Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Copilot, conversational UX, MCP, LLM, or enterprise intelligence solutions
- Demonstrated success owning products from concept through commercialization and client adoption
- Experience partnering directly with enterprise clients to define requirements and deliver complex technology solutions
- Strong understanding of asset management distribution workflows, sales enablement, CRM ecosystems, advisor engagement, data intelligence, and business development processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of GenAI architectures, large language models, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, AI agents, knowledge management, and enterprise AI deployment patterns
- Expert ability to translate ideas into detailed product requirements, workflows, wireframes, mockups, user journeys, prototypes, and executive-ready presentations
- Strong knowledge of APIs, enterprise integration patterns, cloud platforms, authentication frameworks, data architecture, and scalable software design
- Advanced experience with customer research, journey mapping, design thinking, prototyping, usability testing, and product discovery methodologies
- Expert use of Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Confluence, and related tools
