About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define end-to-end QA strategy, test plans, and release criteria
Develop and execute functional and integration test cases, both manual and automated
Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium
Monitor system stability and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to clarify requirements
Document findings, quality metrics, bug tracking, and release reporting
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment
Ensure application functionality, reliability, and stability
Contribute to continuous improvement in a collaborative engineering team

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of QA experience with strong expertise in test automation
Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright
Experience with API testing using Postman or Rest Assured
Strong debugging and programming skills in Java or Python
Ability to build test automation frameworks
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to leverage AI-assisted testing tools
Good verbal and written communication in English
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to take accountability and ownership of deliverables
Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
Passion for continuous learning
Technical assessment required
Must participate in a video interview
