Create original and imaginative architectural concepts based on client briefs and project objectives
Develop sketches, 3D models, and renderings to communicate architectural ideas effectively
Stay informed about new materials, technologies, and trends in architecture and design
Conduct preliminary assessments of design concept feasibility, including structural, environmental, and budgetary considerations
Prepare and present architectural concepts to clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring designs meet client expectations and regulatory standards
Revise concept designs based on client feedback or changing project requirements
Produce 2D and 3D renderings using rendering software and artificial intelligence (AI)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
10–15 years of experience in concept design or architectural design
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of architectural styles, materials, and trends
Ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible, visually appealing designs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
