About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage an established customer portfolio
- Handle individual customer projects
- Deliver presentations, training sessions, and workshops
- Plan and implement new ERP deployment projects
- Manage testing and quality assurance, and prepare documentation
- Provide customer consulting and advisory services
- Support customers throughout the entire process, from product presentations and system implementation to training and ongoing support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Information Systems
- Strong interest in IT and excellent knowledge of business processes
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, including Windows 10 and MS SQL Server
- Confident professional manner and strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
