About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead medium to large-scale projects from start to finish
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer and contract requirements
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities from start to completion
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, budget, and overall performance
  • Serve as liaison between customers and internal and external project stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve project issues and escalated conflicts with the Site Manager
  • Prepare regular project status reports, including schedule and budget forecasts
  • Identify project risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans
  • Review change requests and assess impacts on project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the material handling or warehouse automation industry
  • Project Management certification is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel to project sites up to 50%, based on business needs
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, overnight, and weekends, as required
  • No sponsorship
