About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and deliver system integration projects
- Ensure hardware, software, and networking components work together seamlessly
- Manage technical tasks and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
- Perform system testing and troubleshoot integration issues
- Ensure compliance with standards
- Oversee the system integration lifecycle from initial design through deployment
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to required technical specifications
- Oversee and manage project schedules and milestone delivery
- Provide direction in programme and technical matters
- Formulate processes to handle project matters
- Ensure readiness of delivery submissions to customers
- Manage progress meetings and design reviews
- Manage and resolve conflicts
- Perform incident analysis and identify issues
- Provide solutions and assessments to resolve system design or system engineering issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge in Engineering / Computing / Communication or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large scale defence programme management or equivalent
- Candidate with PMP certification will be advantageous
- Rich experience in project coordination and people management
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
- Strong presentation skills with good networking & interpersonal skillsets
- Knowledge in Project Management & System Engineering will be an added advantage
- Singaporean only
- Open to contract, renewal
