About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, configure, and commission assigned systems and equipment at customer sites
Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site to minimize downtime
Provide technical support and training to customers/end-users
Document service reports, installation procedures, and maintenance records accurately
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge in Engineering in Electronics or equivalent
Experience in providing maintenance service
Able to perform 24/7 standby
Able to work outfield on site
Ability to lift heavy loads and work at height
Good team player and able to work independently
Singaporean only
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license would be advantageous
Open to contract renewal
