About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare budget estimates and cost plans to help clients understand and manage project costs
  • Produce tender documents and support the procurement process
  • Work closely with the wider project team
  • Carry out interim valuations assessing the value of completed site work
  • Prepare cost reports and final accounts
  • Support Partners and senior leaders in delivering high-quality projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Able to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality work with close attention to detail
  • Numerate and analytical, with the ability to present information clearly to clients and colleagues
  • Ideally some experience in quantity surveying or a related field; graduates are welcome to apply
  • Holding or working towards a RICS-accredited degree
  • Motivation to progress towards RICS chartership/MRICS
  • Commitment to sustainability, ethical practice, and contributing positively to colleagues, clients, and communities
