About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the delivery of a multi-year enterprise training program for apprentices at a leading industrial company
  • Manage the entire program lifecycle, from cohort planning and ongoing operations through to completion
  • Own timelines, resources, milestones, and quality
  • Coordinate coaches, Client Operations, and Operations, serving as the central point of contact for the client
  • Collaborate with Learning and Engineering to ensure seamless content delivery
  • Design, document, and implement enterprise delivery processes
  • Identify automation opportunities to scale delivery as the number of participants grows
  • Use dashboards and learning data to identify progress, dropout risks, and bottlenecks
  • Define and implement measures together with coaches
  • Attend regular on-site client meetings and translate training structures and requirements into delivery processes
  • Define key results and continuously improve processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree, for example in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Learning Management, or a comparable field, or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Several years of experience in project or program management
  • Ideally, experience in professional development, enablement, rollout training, change, or apprenticeship programs
  • Experience establishing processes from the ground up, with a proven track record of delivering tangible improvements
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple internal teams and an external client, ideally in an enterprise or corporate environment
  • Technical affinity and confidence working with data and dashboards
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot as part of everyday work
  • Agile mindset, hands-on approach, and solution-oriented way of working under client pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
  • Willingness to travel for regular client meetings
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills
  • Advantageous: experience in education, EdTech, or industrial environments, as well as an understanding of apprenticeship structures in large corporations
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
