About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support pre-sales and scoping by providing delivery input on feasibility, effort, dependencies, and timelines
Support clean handover from sales into delivery
Own day-to-day delivery of assigned client projects across the full lifecycle
Plan, execute, monitor, and hand over projects into in-life operations
Keep projects on time, in scope, and to budget
Act as the main link between delivery and engineering and technical operations teams
Translate client requirements into technical tasks and track technical dependencies
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned client projects
Run project calls, manage actions, and keep stakeholders informed
Log and manage change requests against agreed scope
Identify, assess, manage, resolve, and escalate project risks and issues
Coordinate third parties including mobile network operators, connectivity partners, and vendors
Maintain project plans, boards, and documentation in Monday.com
Coordinate cross-functional resources and maintain accurate schedules
Track project budget and spend and flag overrun risks
Coordinate testing and user acceptance, manage acceptance criteria and sign-off
Support cutover, go-live, and handover into in-life operations
Provide regular status updates to clients and management through reports, dashboards, and meetings
Deliver assigned internal projects alongside client work, with client delivery taking priority
Build and maintain working knowledge of the Stacuity platform
Identify technical risks early
Capture lessons learned and feed improvements into delivery processes
Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of accessed information

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years managing delivery projects, ideally in technology, telecoms, or SaaS (Essential)
Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, or an agile certification) (Desirable)
Solid grasp of delivery methodologies: waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches (Essential)
Experience with Monday.com, Trello, and DevOps (Essential)
Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and engaging with technical detail
Able to hold own in conversations with developers and network engineers
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Strong prioritisation, time management, budgeting, and scheduling abilities
Analytical mindset with ability to resolve issues quickly and adapt to changing circumstances
Self-motivated and disciplined, comfortable managing projects virtually while coordinating across time zones
Telecoms, mobile networks, or connectivity industry background (Desirable)
Working understanding of core networking concepts, including IP, routing, or mobile core (Desirable)
Experience delivering in a scale-up or fast-growing technology business (Desirable)
Ability to work on call when required (Essential)
Able to work flexible hours when required (Essential)
Willing to undertake a DBS check (Essential)
IOM worker if required (Desirable)
Right to work if visa is required (Essential)
Must comply with Stacuity's Information Security Management System, policies, procedures, and applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
Must complete mandatory security awareness training
Must promptly report suspected security incidents
Must handle information assets according to their classification
