Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant ServiceNow experience at an architecture level, not just configuration
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
  • Experience across multiple modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM
  • Integration experience with REST/SOAP, SSO/LDAP, and MID server
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
  • State or local government client experience preferred
  • CTA credential preferred
