About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and guide junior on-site property managers
Ensure best practices are followed across the team
Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and escalated tenant issues
Assist with leasing activities, including advertising, property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements
Ensure compliance with lease terms and investigate violations
Address tenant disputes professionally
Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades
Coordinate with on-site property managers on larger renovation projects
Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements
Oversee properties’ financial performance
Draft budgets and track actuals to budget
Develop strategies to maximize financial outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management (required)
Previous experience managing or leading a property management team
Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software
Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Comfortable using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
Reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
