About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strong relations with clients
  • Manage incoming briefs and assignments daily
  • Coordinate incoming workflow among departments and specialists
  • Ensure projects are completed and delivered on time
  • Manage creative production teams across video, print, and digital

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, account management, or production, ideally within Creative/Localization Agencies
  • Ability to effectively manage teams of producers, editors, and designers
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Exceptional organizational skills and capability to thrive under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite, including Spreadsheets, Presentations, and Docs
  • Familiarity with Figma and AirTable
