About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enter and process payables
Record cash deposits
Enter credit card transactions
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations in support of Senior Staff and Controller-level team members
Identify root causes of client accounting issues and propose solutions
Improve client and firm processes and profitability
Deliver client service according to the SN Way standards
Recognize cross-selling opportunities and participate in networking to generate new business leads
Provide guidance to teammates and help the team succeed
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to complete tasks
Manage client projects with minimal oversight where appropriate
Learn additional accounting software programs as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent client accounting tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn additional accounting software programs
Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint proficiency for OAS transactional accounting delivery
Transactional accounting experience: AP entry, cash deposit recording, and credit card transaction entry
Bank reconciliation experience
Ability to maintain professional AEC client relationships
Ability to collaborate with Senior Staff and Controllers
Problem-solving ability to identify root causes of client accounting issues and propose solutions
AEC industry accounting familiarity preferred
Month-end accounting experience preferred
Additional accounting software experience preferred
Experience working successfully in a fully remote environment
Professional Services environment experience
