About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build a list of apartment communities, property managers, employers, community organizations, and local events
  • Call, email, and visit contacts to pitch events
  • Keep the calendar full with approximately three events per week, booked a month or more ahead
  • Set up, host, and break down community events
  • Run the sign-up process and ensure every lead is entered correctly in the system
  • Take photos and short videos at events for the marketing team
  • Track venues, days, times, and sign-ups
  • Send a short weekly recap
  • Develop new ideas and help shape the venue list, relationships, and event playbook
  • Work events at apartment communities, local employers, health fairs, senior communities, recreation centers, and neighborhood gatherings
  • Expand coverage from downtown Denver to Denver Tech Center and Highlands Ranch practices as the calendar grows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Valid Colorado driver's license
  • Current auto insurance
  • Available for regular evening and some weekend events
  • Comfortable with a smartphone, a CRM, and a shared calendar
  • Able to lift and carry event supplies, around 30 pounds
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Comfortable talking to strangers and making cold calls
  • Able to organize and run an independent weekly schedule
  • Able to keep a calendar organized weeks ahead
  • Comfortable on camera
  • Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus
  • Dental or marketing experience is not required
