About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create content and develop stories about Atlas Network’s partner network
  • Draft emails, social media content, and weekly partner highlight blog posts
  • Curate content for podcasts and video productions
  • Collect, analyze, and report engagement analytics from the Atlas Network website and social media platforms
  • Facilitate communication between the Marketing and Communications department and other teams
  • Report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Participate in professional development programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Early-career professional, including undergraduate, graduate, or law students and recent graduates
  • Geographically located in and authorized to work in the United States throughout the program
  • Portfolio of social media work required
  • Writing sample from a professional or academic setting, 500 words or less, required
  • Experience with social media and content management preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Wistia, Riverside, Craft, or WordPress preferred
  • Experience or courses in journalism, English, marketing and communications, economics, or other formal writing preferred
  • Interest in Atlas Network’s mission and international issues preferred
  • Preference for applicants who can regularly be in the Arlington, Virginia office
