  • Evaluate subrogation potential
  • Maintain comprehensive written and electronic claim file information and ensure compliance with claim handling protocols
  • Represent the risk management claims team on inter-departmental working groups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 years of general liability claims adjusting experience with a third-party administrator, insurance company, or self-insured company
  • 2 years of general knowledge of insurance and legal principles
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of general office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and professionalism
