Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate data administration for Oracle Order Management and Transportation Management System, including carriers, locations, suppliers, transportation rates, transit times, and other configurations
Provide first-line helpdesk technical support for domestic and international Transportation Operations teams using OTM
Provide technical support for mini- and large-scale domestic and international transportation bids
Analyze data, apply critical thinking, evaluate identifiable factors, and define work plans
Provide input to project plans defining scope, schedule, budget, business impact, and risks
Execute plans, identify issues or obstacles, gain alignment, and bring issues to resolution
Own user setup, security, and access controls for domestic and international transportation systems
Develop innovative, cost-effective, and scalable systems supporting global growth and store and customer value

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate to advanced SQL
Beginner to intermediate Data Integrity Management
Critical Thinking
Continuous Improvement
Transportation data administration experience involving Oracle Order Management (OM) and Transportation Management System (OTM) configurations
Ability to provide technical support for domestic and international transportation operations and bids
Ability to analyze data, evaluate identifiable factors, and define a work plan
Ability to contribute to project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, business impact, and risks
Ability to manage user setup, security, and access controls for transportation systems
