About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform credit analysis for new and existing loan requests
- Prepare credit approval presentations and financial statement spreads
- Conduct annual credit reviews
- Provide written credit recommendations to management regarding loan structure and creditworthiness
- Support lenders with complex credit transactions, risk assessments, and servicing needs
- Assist with credit-related training, appraisal reviews, and ongoing process improvements within credit administration
- Participate in projects related to policy updates, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- One to three years of similar or related experience in credit analysis, lending support or financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Database or financial software experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare reports and present findings
