Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Current auto insurance (meeting state requirements)
  • Ability to pass a background check (not all records are disqualifying)
  • Comfortable supporting personal care needs
  • Experience in caregiving, DSP, behavioral support, or IDD roles preferred
  • Experience supporting individuals with I/DD preferred
  • Strong communication and boundary-setting skills preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
