About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews/Demos, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
Lead Agile execution for Salesforce implementation and delivery teams
Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
Identify, track, and remove delivery blockers and impediments
Align development, Salesforce administration, QA, and business teams with sprint goals
Monitor sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices
Coordinate Salesforce implementation and release activities
Help teams follow Salesforce release and deployment processes
Identify delivery risks and proactively escalate issues when necessary
Ensure teams remain focused on committed sprint objectives and delivery timelines
Support a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing Agile team environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience
Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Experience in fast-paced Salesforce implementation/delivery projects, not solely production support or O&M environments
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with Salesforce release cycles, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes
Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and/or Salesforce DevOps tools
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen
CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce configuration experience preferred
Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile environments preferred
Experience with Salesforce DevOps/release management tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Flosum preferred
