About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and acquire new partners, including hospitals, nursing home operators, rehabilitation clinics, and international recruitment agencies.
- Independently manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach and consultation through proposal preparation and contract signing.
- Understand partners’ recognition and qualification needs and coordinate suitable offerings with the education team.
- Support newly acquired partnerships and develop a steady flow of course participants.
- Document contacts, next steps, and results in the CRM, while tracking revenue potential and planned course launches.
- Represent CareSteps at industry events, within sector networks, and during partner visits.
- Work directly with the executive team and contribute market feedback to the ongoing development of our offerings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management—ideally in healthcare, international skilled-worker recruitment, or education.
- Demonstrated experience acquiring new customers and building business relationships.
- Understanding of the challenges healthcare facilities face when employing internationally trained nursing professionals, or the willingness to learn quickly and thoroughly.
- Existing contacts at hospitals, nursing facilities, or recruitment agencies are a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of professional recognition, equivalency examinations, and funding opportunities is welcome.
- Proactive approach to engaging with people, confident negotiation skills, and consistent follow-up throughout longer decision-making processes.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style.
- Fluent German and confident English communication skills.
- Willingness to visit partners within Germany.
